Royalton CHIC sits on Uvero Alto Beach, a wider and quieter stretch of coastline north of the main Bavaro resort corridor. January is peak season in the Dominican Republic. Dry, sunny, with average highs around 82°F and low humidity. The Atlantic side of the island delivers calm, clear water and consistent conditions throughout the month.
Uvero Alto offers a more secluded feel than the busier Bavaro strip, without sacrificing access to restaurants, golf, excursions, and nightlife nearby.
